Having eaten lamb burgers (overcooked on the outside and raw in the middle) two of us got what we assume was food poisoning. I phoned the manager the following day and was told the matter would be looked into and they would write to us but we never heard from them. The badly cooked burgers was bad but the management follow up to our complaint was worse. Pity, I used to love this restaurant and have been going there for years.

It took about 40 minutes to get the first course at Cafe Med. Another long wait for the main course which was cold, plus they charge £1.00 cover charge and 12.5% for service. I will not return to Cafe Med.
