I had a terrible experience at Masaledar this weekend. The restaurant was experiencing a power cut and we had one tea light to try and work out what we were eating. The service staff didn't apologise for the bad service and when we told them we were leaving immediately didn't say thank you when we paid for the starters we weren't able to eat.


The service was nothing short of rude before we got to this stage of our meal. Needless to say we won't be returning to Masaledar.

It may be cheap, but the staff at Masaledar certainly don't bother with simple things like manners. I'd recommend giving Masaledar a miss and staying at home or chipping in an extra couple of quid elsewhere for some actual service.
